THE HOTEL

Hotel Calitxó is the ideal place to enjoy a romantic or family getaway and to be surrounded by nature in a peaceful and homey atmosphere.

The hotel is located at an altitude of 1,181 meters, close to the Vallter ski station and mountains like Costabona and Canigou. From the hotel it is possible to access several hiking and BTT trails, and to enjoy other outdoor activities like golf and horseback riding.

The hotel offers 26 comfortable rooms for 2-5 guests, each with a panoramic view. Common areas include a restaurant, bar, lounge with fireplace and views, garden, terrace and outdoor pool (in summer season). Private car park and free Wi-Fi connection are also available.

> Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is served between 8:30 and 10:30 am. If you plan to get an early start, particular arrangements can be made by advance request.
The buffet includes handmade regional cured meats, assorted cheeses, cured and boiled ham, dry fruit and nuts, fresh and syrup fruit, cereal, yogurt, milk and vegetable-based milk substitutes and assorted homemade cakes and other sweets.

> Picnic lunches
We can prepare picnic lunches upon advance request. These include (per person): 2 sandwiches, 2 pieces of fruit, 1 bottle of water, dry fruits and nuts and something sweet.

The café is open from 8.30 am to 11 pm.
Between 8 pm and 9:45 pm we offer a light dinner menu for those guests who prefer not to leave the hotel. Here you can choose from sandwiches, salads and assorted cured meats served on rustic tomato-rubbed bread.

FAMILY SUITES

The hotel has two family suites, which are formed by two completely independent rooms connected by a hallway. One room has a double bed and is equipped with all necessary amenities, television, self-regulated heating and a small sitting room overlooking the garden. The other room, which has two twin beds, is designed with children in mind (although it can also accommodate adults) and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
Halfway down the hallway that connects the two rooms is a full bathroom with equipped with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
